SUMMARY

In this paper we shall describe how
to help individuals, small enterprises and medium sized businesses in commercial or residential property management using IoT (Internet of Things) to manage the energy efficiency. In this work was analyse a system of smart buildings supervision and management. The displayed system will show the principle of operation without the explicit choice of technology. We believe that the choice of technology and platforms
depends most on the size of the project and planned resources: big companies can achieve greater savings so they will invest large amount of money; small firms and private individuals have limited budgets so they are closer to hobby DIY solutions.

Keywords:  IoT, smart buildings, building automation, energy
saving.
